Chloe Atkins (Head of Fundraising)

Chloe manages Rose Road's Fundraising and is lucky enough to be supported by a great team of staff and community volunteers.

Before coming to Rose Road she worked for a national children's charity, and before that she provided fundraising advice and support to local authorities in the UK and Ghana.

Chloe is a full Member of the Institute of Fundraising (MInstF) and has a degree in Environmental Science, but her passion remains supporting organisations that improve children and young people's lives.

Beth Rogers (Fundraising Manager)

Beth re-joined Rose Road Fundraising team in 2019.

Beth's role is to work with our Corporate and Trust and Foundation partners to further the work of the Association. Beth also supports our Fundraising Officers to deliver our events and community fundraising programmes, and the communication and marketing functions of Rose Road. She is also a full Member of the Institute of Fundraising (MInstF).

Beth previously worked as an Engagement Manager at a charity-run outdoor centre, working with international volunteers on long term placements, and in developing and running community programmes, group stays and events. Beyond that Beth has held fundraising positions at two other local children’s charities, and is passionate about working in the third sector, for causes that have children and young people at their heart.

Nicola Burton (Fundraising Events Officer)

Nicola joined Rose Road at the beginning of January 2020 and was very excited to get involved with all the amazing work done here.

Her new role includes helping to organise and manage events to raise important funds for the children, young people, and families that use our services. She will also get to play a role in our social media and help build new relationships with the local community.

Though new to working in the third sector, Nicola comes from a background of private event planning, including conference and corporate events, banqueting, and weddings. She's previously worked for a range of venues like catering companies and hotels.

Laura Drake (Fundraising Communications Officer)

Laura joined Rose Road in October 2021 and looks after the public voice and brand of Rose Road, digital fundraising campaigns, event promotion and communications, including social media, the website and e-newsletters.

Laura has always worked in charity marketing and communications for a range of local charities and not-for-profit organisations. Her passion is to tell a compelling story to promote support for worthwhile causes at the heart of local communities.
