The Rose Road Association is a charity that provides direct care services including respite breaks, community outreach, holiday activities and advice for over 300 children and young adults with severe physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism.
We are based in Southampton in the UK, and also work across Hampshire and surrounding counties.
We need to raise £500,000 each year just to keep our services running, and much of this comes from individuals making one off or regular donations.
At the heart of our operations is the Bradbury Centre which is a safe and welcoming space for children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
We also offer 24-hour respite care, as well as a range of activities to suit the tastes and abilities of the children and young adults in our care.
We have a whole range of fundraising events to get involved in, from skydives and challenge walks, to festivals, fayres and evening do's. See our upcoming events and get involved with family, friends or work colleagues to do something amazing for Rose Road.
Volunteering at Rose Road can make a huge difference. Whether you can commit to a regular day a week, or want to start off by helping at one-off events - we’d love to hear from you!
Rose Road employs a diverse and passionate team, working with people from all walks of life. We offer a competitive salary and plenty of work-place perks.
We were rated 'Good' by Ofsted and The Care Quality Commission, reflecting our commitment to provide safe, high quality services.
