Volunteer with Rose Road
From lively community festivals to relaxed garden parties, our annual calendar of events wouldn't be possible to run without our incredible volunteers and their gift of time and enthusiasm. Or why not get stuck in with some gardening and other jobs to help keep our facilities pristine for our young people?

Loretta has been volunteering at Rose Road events for three years. She’s an invaluable member of our volunteering team. She brings charm, enthusiasm, and warmth to every event. Here’s what she had to say about her experiences:
It’s always a great day when I’m volunteering. There are just good vibes! Everyone has an upbeat energy which is fun to be around. We get to meet lots of people, share what we do, talk about Rose Road, and about the amazing young people we support.
My favourite event this year was the Shirley Fringe. We spent time with our service users exploring the shops and having lunch together. It was great chatting to the local community about Rose Road - so many people were curious about our work, and it was lovely to share our story.
I’d absolutely recommend volunteering with Rose Road. It’s so welcoming – you have a great time while making a real difference.
