Our outreach service provides flexible, individually tailored support and care for children and young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
You can book outreach support by the hour, after school, in the morning or evening or for the day, 7 days a week, providing vital respite for families while offering young disabled people exciting experiences and opportunities to have fun with friends.
Activities are led by the interests of the young person and often involve visits to places in the community as well as at The Bradbury Centre, including to our Space4U social kitchen, cinema room, soft play, hydropool and sensory room.
Personal care at home (domiciliary care) can be provided before school and at bedtime, which supports parent carers with other children to look after. See our Domiciliary Care Statement of Purpose here
We provide structured day services for young adults leaving education, either based mostly at Rose Road's Bradbury Centre or out in the community. They run from 9am - 3pm or 10am - 4pm. Find out more about our day services here.
We have a fleet of modern vehicles, from smaller vans adapted for carrying one to three young people, to a full-sized minibus with all relevant adaptations to ensure children are able to travel in safety and comfort.
You can refer a young person to our community service online here, or if you have any questions please call us on 023 8072 1234 or email outreach@roseroad.org.uk.
Once referred, we can visit you to discuss the service and agree a care plan that will be personal to your young person's individual needs and wishes.
