How it works

Teams consist of up to 6 people, including at least one person with a disability, and up to 5 Superhero Sidekicks.

You can complete each leg of the triathlon however you can, and there is a range of equipment available for use on the day or bring your own. We'll work with you to find out how you wish to take part and what you'll need.

Simply register your interest and we'll be in touch to get everything organised.
