Make a Difference
Your fundraising could help fund therapies, activities and exciting new experiences offered to our young people at Rose Road, to safely push boundaries to achieve new things, build resilience and thrive.
We support the whole family too. Your fundraising could help provide more emergency respite nights to families in crisis, meaning we're there for them, when they need us most.

The coloured powder does wash off skin and out of your hair; however, we recommend taking precautions if you are worried. The colour might show for longer on lighter hair.
Putting oil based hair products in your hair before the run can help the colour wash out. Bi-carbonate of soda and anti-dandruff shampoo can help remove more stubborn colour.
The colour mostly washes out of clothes after the event. However, the sooner the gear gets washed the better.
Dust off all excess powder before washing with water. Wash your coloured gear separately and use cold water.
You will be provided with a Rose Road Colour Dash t-shirt on the day as part of your ticket price, however we suggest wearing other items that you would not mind getting colourful. We can not guarantee no staining.
Yes, the colour powder is non-toxic & skin-safe, made from high-quality corn starch and natural food-grade dyes. It is Organic & Gluten-Free.
Your Colour dash t-shirt! This is included in your entry fee and you can collect it on the day at registration. It is white to maximise the effect of the coloured powder.
Other than that, it’s up to you but remember to wear comfortable clothing, and that everything you have on will get covered in coloured powder so make sure that you wear something you don’t mind getting messy.
No, the the powder is comepletely safe, however we recommend wearing protective eyewear e.g. sunglasses, prescription eyewear, or goggles to avoid the powder getting in your eyes.
Again, the powder should wash out, however we highly recommend you cover areas of a wheelchair or pushchair that you don't want to get coloured powder on.
Around the course there will be a series of colour stations manned by volunteers. But don’t be fooled, they have just one job - to cover you in coloured powder!
They will aim at the body not the face, although there will be clouds of powder that may be at face level.
We recommend bringing an old towel, sheet or cover for your car seats to prevent any of the coloured powder transferring to your car upholstery on the way home.
There are changing facilities on site, and we recommend bringing a change of clothes for your journey home.
This is espeically the case if you are travelling home by public transport.
