About the Venue
The Spinnaker Tower stands at a total height of 170m and was completed in 2005.
You will ascend the tower in their high-speed lift, travelling at 4m per second to the viewing platform 100m above the ground, from where you will begin your abseil.
Take a moment as you sit back on your harness and give a wave before you make your descent… go against all your natural instincts and trust the rope – it’ll be worth it!

We suggest a fundraising target of £250.
- A £10 donation could help fuel a trip to Portsmouth for our young people, where they could visit the Sealife Centre, watch the hovercrafts or even go up the Spinnaker tower too!
- A £30 donation could drum up the funds for a music therapy session.
- A £50 donation could support a young person needing 2-to-1 care to enjoy an hour of fun activities
- Your £250 in sponsorship could help support a family to receive extra nights of respite care when they need it most
