My name is Eleanor and I work as a support worker in our overnight respite unit, Oaks and Acorns.
I have loved every second here, building relationships with every child and young adult. It’s changed my whole outlook on life and shown me that I should never take anything for granted.
I feel proud of every single individual that uses the services we provide. My favourite thing about Rose Road is knowing how what we do makes a positive impact on the lives of the children and young people who come here, and that I get to be a part of that.
