Supporting Young Disabled People in Portsmouth
The Rose Road Association provides one to one support for disabled children and young people aged 0-25 in Portsmouth either the home or in the community.
Our service is tailored around your child’s interests, enabling them to have fun, learn new skills, develop independence, spend time with friends and make new ones. Our Coordinator will work in partnership with you to provide the most appropriate support for your family.
Our workers are experienced and highly trained to work with young people with a wide range of conditions and impairments. They are committed to achieving the best outcomes for every young person. We will carefully match your child with a support worker in your local area.
If you would like to get to know us better then come along to one of our local soft play sessions which are run every 3 weeks. You can meet some of the team and socialise with other families in a fun and welcome environment. All of your children are welcome and staff will be on hand to answer any questions about our services. It is a great opportunity to find out about the support that Rose Road has to offer you.
Our sessions are held between 5-7pm at Wacky Warehouse in Sovereigns, Kingston Road, Portsmouth, PO2 8AL.
Upcoming sessions are being held on:
28th March 2017
18th April 2017
