Hello from Sarah, Sasa and the team at Rose Road…!

Hi there, my name is Sarah and Sasa is my very special Daughter. Sasa is a normal bubbly child like any other – but she has her own unique challenges in life to overcome. She is really happy, and Rose Road is vital to her journey.

Rose Road provides support and activities to children or young adults aged 4 to 25 years with severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or autism. We are delighted to have recently launched a Community Based service in Portsmouth.

Community Support is about provision of one-to-one quality time with young people at home or in the community. This might mean support to attend appointments for example, or the provision of health and personal care.

Or it can be for young people to go to the cinema, bowling, or spend a night out with friends – it’s about choice. The team at Rose Road have many years of experience of working with local families, and receive high quality training to ensure the best outcomes for each young person. For more information please call us directly on 0300 303 8680.
