Gerard Basset OBE Sparkles for Rose Road at Diamond Jubilee Launch Event!
Friends, colleagues and supporters of Rose Road joined together for an evening of wine tasting with Gerard Basset OBE of Hotel TerraVina to launch Rose Road's Diamond Jubilee celebrations!
Guests were treated to Gerard's story of his journey to win the title of "ASI Best Sommelier in the World" and tasted Gerard's three favourite wines of the moment. The evening raised over £600 for the Rose Road Children's Appeal and was the perfect way to launch our Diamond Jubilee year. We would like to say a huge thank you to Gerard and Nina from Hotel TerraVina for all of their continued help and support, as well as to Lynn at Tall Hats Catering and Andy at Pinpoint for their fantastic and professional support with the catering and audio requirements for the evening.
