The Floating Support Worker is required to provide appropriate practical, social and emotional support to children/young people with severe disabilities accessing the services and activities within The Rose Road Association. We are currently looking to recruit for our Ringwood (Fareham) and Oak Lodge (Dibden Purlieu) Playschemes. The level and type of support offered will vary according to the needs of the service. Support might be offered on a 1:1 basis.
We are also looking to recruit staff for our Sitting Service in and around Portsmouth, this is a service for disabled young people being cared for in their own homes. If you would like more details about this role please see the job description on the left.
Salary: £6.62 per hour, on the successful completion of a workers induction and completion of 50 hours work you will receive a £30 bonus payment and the hourly rate will increase to £7.17 per hour.
